Center Incharge

General Operations

  • Ensures that the clinic opens and closes on time.
  • Ensuring the availability of staff 24/7 for handling emergency cases
  • Monitoring and improving client flow; ensuring quick services provided to the client.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving clinic services and performance; introducing change.
  • Keeping all equipment’s in operative condition.
  • Maintaining a healthy clinic environment (Health and safety, Cleanliness, Housekeeping, maintenance of utilities, discipline).
  • Ensuring all operations conducted in accordance with organization quality management system.
  • Handling of emergency situations and emergency cases especially perform CPR whenever required.
  • Timely submission of all reports required by the regional and head office.
  • Implementing waste disposal procedure within the clinic.

Customer Services

  • Providing counselling service in the absence of counsellor
  • Greeting clients on arrival, taking feedback, and making them feel comfortable.
  • Regularly checks the client comments register and take necessary action.
  • Responsible for handling all medical emergencies and accompany client/patient to the nearest hospital until the client/patient is out of danger.
  • The incident/emergency report (written) will be submitted immediately
  • Clinic manager will handle all grievances by clients/patients (written, verbal or phone call) and report to higher authorities.

Team Management and Development

  • Supervision and monitoring of clinic team regularly, ensuring their responsibilities to be performed in accordance with the standard procedures.
  • Team building and providing support to team members.
  • Ensuring all the documents are complete on admission and after the client/patient is discharged
  • Co-ordinating with higher authorities for induction, training and appraisal of team members.
  • Arranging training for other staff as per instructions of head office.

Financial / Administrative

  • Maintaining staff attendance record.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Payment of incentives.
  • Implementing policies.
  • Purchasing and controlling consumables, stationery, emergency and routine medicines etc. in accordance with the procedure.
  • Ensuring proper stock management as per procedure.
  • Fulfilling all financial requirements as per financial guidelines and instructions from the head office.
  • Submission of daily income to bank, timely payment of utility bills and look after other bank transactions.
  • Providing emergency medicines immediately on requirement.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Timely EMAP of the clinic as per given guidelines
  • Physical verification of all medicine stock on monthly basis
  • Conduct client exit interviews and clients satisfaction form as per given protocol
  • Closely monitor clinic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets

Representational:

  • Motivating general practitioner, (doctors, midwives, TBAs, and other health facilities staff) by paying regular visits to them for referring the clients to center.
  • Building liaison with district authorities, NGOs and other organizations to get their co-operation for Ansa clinic.
  • Any other duties assigned by the project office and the Head Office to further the smooth running of the clinic

Education:

Minimum Bachelors (BA/BBA/BS/MA/MBA/MS)

Experience:

5-7 Years in relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
