Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Center / Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage the day-to-day functioning of the center, and drive revenue growth. The role involves team leadership, customer acquisition, operational excellence, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share
  • Generate leads through marketing activities, referrals, and partnerships
  • Monitor sales pipelines and conversion ratios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Center Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, resources, and operational costs effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales and operations team
  • Set individual targets and monitor team performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Foster a positive, high-performance work culture

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Implement corrective actions to improve performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Center Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams
  • Financial acumen and operational planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
