Job Summary: Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, implementing educational programs, ensuring student satisfaction, and maintaining a conducive learning environment. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for education and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs in accordance with curriculum standards and educational objectives.

· Manage center operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

· Monitor teaching methodologies and instructional materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.

· Implement initiatives to promote student engagement and retention

· Prepare reports on center performance, student progress, and other relevant metrics.

· Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, universities, and community organizations.

· Represent Sun Education at educational events, conferences, and networking functions.

· Develop marketing strategies to attract prospective students and promote brand awareness.

.Monitoring sales activities and motivate the sales department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in the academic field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
