CEO Office Associate

InvestGC leads the market of Türkiye and expands into the Middle East and Europe - in Golden Visas and Crossborder Investments - as an Integrated Service Provider + Property Developer. We have developed the largest villa community project of Greece - Villas of Gerakini, as well as Oliville Halkidiki, Lotus of Gerakini, and more. Further projects, funds, and developments will follow in Athens, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Bulgaria, and Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily to-dos and follow-ups with the CEO, and key employees reporting to the CEO,
• Update tasks, and maintain the flow of information between CEO and key employees,
• Assist the COO with certain administrative tasks, emails, follow-ups,
• Communicate with, track work of, and report outcomes of the work of multiple international marketing agencies - running international campaigns,
• Arrange events, trips, and bookings for local and international seminaries,
• Research, and develop ways of enhancing productivity via artificial intelligence,
• Design and deliver presentations, board decks, and reports,
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend reports,
• Prepare background briefs and analysis for CEO-level meetings,
• Support hiring, organizational strategy, and business planning,
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects,
• Identify bottlenecks and help design solutions to improve execution,
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO,
• Support preparation for key external and internal meetings,
• Step in as a project owner when needed to ensure follow-through.
