CEO Office Marketing Group Manager

In line with our vision to strengthen marketing excellence across all brands, we are looking for a CEO Office Marketing Group Manager , reporting to the CEO Office Director, who will support, coordinate, and guide brand teams while ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution across all marketing activities.

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with Brand Directors/Marketing Directors and teams, in collaboration with the CEO Office Director, supporting and coordinating marketing processes,
• Strengthen cross-brand communication, create process excellence, share best practices, and improve overall process efficiency,
• Monitor marketing metrics, keep teams informed, and provide guidance where needed,
• Support brands in budget planning and tracking processes,
• Oversee campaign calendar alignment, prevent conflicts, and identify synergy opportunities,
• Provide guidance to brand teams in agency processes,
• Ensure consistent information flow between the CEO Office and brand teams, preparing summary reports when necessary, in collaboration with the CEO Office Director,
• Play an organizing and guiding role during new projects, product launches, and major campaign periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
• 8–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in multi-brand structures, retail, fashion, or other dynamic, fast-paced industries,
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership,
• Strong knowledge of marketing metrics, digital performance, funnel management, and brand strategy,
• Experience in budget management, analysis, and reporting,
• Strong communication and presentation skills for working with senior stakeholders,
• Experience in agency management and marketing processes,
• Strategic thinking combined with fast problem-solving abilities,
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
