 Description Performance Indicators  
Functional 
- Lead and manage comprehensive energy audits for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. 
 Analyze complex energy consumption data, identify inefficiencies, and develop advanced energy conservation measures (ECMs).
- Prepare detailed technical reports, including financial analyses and implementation plans for energy-saving projects.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and verify energy savings.
- Manage multiple audit projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with line management, engineering teams, and clients to develop and execute energy management strategies.
- Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand the customersâ needs. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.

Team Management: 
- Oversee and mentor junior auditors and technical staff during audit processes 
- Lead training and capacity-building efforts related to energy auditing and conservation.
- Coordinate with the line management on work issues.
- Liaising with Client to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.
   
Process 
- Participate in design, solution development, Measurement &Verification processes.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and verify energy savings
- Ensure compliance with all applicable energy regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO 50001, LEED).
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in energy auditing. Adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities
