Job Title: Senior Property Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

• Must be based in Dubai.
• Fluent in English and additional languages: Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Persian, Russian, Turkish.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, in both off-plan and secondary market.
• Confident, results-oriented and target-driven.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and profitable opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong long-term client relationships, and ensure exceptional client servicing.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales/rental transactions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants to ensure seamless transactions.
