CFO

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead and oversee the financial operations across all business units within the group. This executive role requires a visionary finance leader with experience in complex, multi-entity environments. The CFO will be responsible for driving financial strategy, performance, and sustainable growth across the group.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring.
• Lead financial due diligence, M&A evaluations, and post-merger integration across the group.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all business units.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Drive performance monitoring and profitability analysis at the group and subsidiary level.
• Manage capital allocation, working capital, treasury, and cash flow across the group.
• Optimize tax planning and ensure regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions of operation.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
• Build strong collaboration between finance and other functions (e.g., operations, legal, HR, IT).
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualification:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven experience in managing the finances of a diversified business group.
• Expertise in strategic planning, M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Global exposure and experience with cross-border operations (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Slab: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
