Position Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a proven corporate background to lead our financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and ensuring the company’s long-term financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and governance standards.
• Manage investor relations, banking, and financing activities.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of senior financial leadership experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong track record in corporate finance, M&A, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs650,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 per month
