In this role, you will report directly to the Associate Director in Dubai, delivering sales targets in Turkey and Caspian countries across our BMS & Controls portfolio. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, working within Indirect Products Distribution through Channel partners, expanding our market share with new business customers, including end users, contractors, and consultants.

How You Will Do It

As a Channel Account Manager , you will:

• Develop new channels and nurture existing ones.
• Support Channel Partners in identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
• Build long-term partnerships and customer relationships.
• Drive growth in your territory with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent planning and time management skills.

What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in the Building Management System industry.
• Ability to design technical solutions, select equipment, and provide expert advice to customers.
• Track record of delivering sales within multinational companies.
• Determined, results-driven, and strong sales acumen.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in Channel Sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within Turkey in the BMS & Controls portfolio.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce.
• Fluency in English.
