Channel Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with data providers, telecom operators (MNOs such as Jazz, Telenor, etc.), and other payment channel partners
  • Expand and manage B2B channel collaborations, including data services, user acquisition initiatives, and API integrations
  • Analyze channel performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive business growth
  • Formulate and execute growth strategies to scale user base and business operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and efficient partner onboarding
  • Monitor and evaluate channel performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with telecom operators (e.g., Jazz, Telenor), data providers, or fintech/channel partnerships
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
  • Ability to independently manage client meetings, visits, and negotiations
