Channel Sales Manager

Overview



Sales Management & Plannin

  • Execute sales plans to achieve targeted volumes and market share
  • Study and map market opportunities across each tonnage segment
  • Develop and implement plans with Eicher product offerings
  • Deploy appropriate offerings and scale up to achieve desired market share
  • Identify prospective customers and convert them to Eicher fold
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure repeat purchases
  • Monitor competitor customers and achieve market breakthroughs

Network Management

  • Identify potential sub-dealer/dealer candidates
  • Share shortlisted candidates with seniors for evaluation and deployment
  • Focus on increasing overall Africa market share
  • Drive revenue growth to achieve short-term market goals

New Product Launches, Marketing Activities & Training of Channel Tea

  • Introduce new products in the market
  • Organize product launch events with adequate customer participation
  • Coordinate closely with channel partners for market outreach
  • Aim to increase retail sales, export volumes, and overall profitability

OD Management

  • Ensure collection of overdue payments against exports made
  • Recheck and follow up on LCs used by channel partners to pay VECV
  • Ensure dues are realized in the VECV account within the defined timeframe
  • Monitor LC-related credit closely
  • Objective: timely payment realization to maintain profitability


Qualifications:

  • B. Tech / MBA
  • 60% + in educational qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and channel dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
