Chargehand Electrical and Plumbing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of technicians/workers for electrical and plumbing site works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor progress to achieve project timelines.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trade chargehands for smooth workflow.
• Check quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved methods.
• Assist in material planning, request, and proper usage at site.
• Report daily progress, manpower, and any site issues to the supervisor/engineer.
• Ensure all safety measures and company HSE policies are followed at site.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and final handover activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing or equivalent trade certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of GCC/site experience in respective trade.
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
