Chartered Accountant

We are a reputed real estate group based in Ahmedabad, engaged in developing residential and industrial projects. As part of our expansion, we are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance & Accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements as per accounting standards.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure timely closure of books.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor project-wise cost control and profitability.
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and SOPs.
• Oversee banking operations, fund flow, and working capital.
• Handle loan documentation and liaise with banks/financial institutions.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–7 years of experience.
• Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Skilled in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
