Role: Associate – CFO’s Office (Strategic Finance & Analytics)

Location: Karnataka (Project Office)
Reporting To: CFO – Xentric Integrated Solutions Private Limited
Business Context: BharatNet Phase III – Multi-Entity Infrastructure Execution

About the Role

We are building a high-performance finance team to manage one of India’s largest rural digital infrastructure rollouts under the BharatNet ecosystem. The role requires a technically strong Chartered Accountant who can work at the intersection of project finance, execution monitoring, billing rhythm and cash flow forecasting.

This is not a routine accounting role. You will operate in a multi-entity structure and drive financial clarity across Xentric and many of its consortium partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed FP&A models for project-wise and block-wise execution.
  • Build and monitor rolling weekly/ monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Track project cost vs revenue at RKM, block and package levels.
  • Assist in developing billing process notes and internal controls.
  • Monitor billing submissions, certification timelines and collection cycles.
  • Support escrow/ waterfall tracking where applicable.
  • Prepare MD/ CEO/ CFO dashboards for daily, weekly and monthly review.
  • Work closely with execution teams to align financial data with ground realities.
  • Identify revenue leakages, billing gaps and margin risks.
  • Support audit readiness across entities.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified CA (0–2 years post qualification preferred).
  • Strong conceptual clarity in:
  • Project costing
  • Cash flow modelling
  • Revenue recognition
  • Working capital management
  • Strong Excel/ Financial Modelling skills.
  • High ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable working in execution-driven environment.
  • Able to think commercially, not just compliantly.

Candidate - 2
Role: Chief of Staff – Finance & Commercial Strategy

Location: Karnataka
Reporting To: CFO – Xentric Integrated Solutions Private Limited
Business Context: Telecom Infrastructure & BharatNet Execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor cost discovery model and reimbursement structures.
  • Lead end-to-end billing lifecycle management across entities.
  • Design and implement:
  • Billing SOPs
  • Internal policies and approval workflows
  • Vendor payment controls
  • Accounting Systems
  • Margin tracking mechanisms
  • Drive monthly reporting and commercial reconciliation with upstream partners.
  • Oversee project-wise profitability analysis.
  • Manage GST implications for multi-state billing.
  • Evaluate working capital utilization efficiency.
  • Support CFO in bank discussions and WC enhancement proposals.
  • Interact with stakeholders across the accounting trail and own financial reporting
  • Lead coordination during statutory and internal audits.
  • Identify and plug revenue leakage risks in large-scale infra execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified CA with 3–5 years experience.
  • Experience in:
  • Project accounting
  • Infra/ EPC/ Telecom preferred
  • Working capital heavy environments
  • Strong understanding of:
  • GST structuring
  • Cash conversion cycles
  • Billing certification chains
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination ability.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and evolving execution environment.

  • Structure and execute:
  • Working capital facilities
  • Escrow-backed funding models
  • Project-linked financing
  • Structured debt instruments
  • Prepare bank-ready financial models and IM decks.
  • Engage with:
  • Banks/ NBFCs
  • Funding Partners/ HNIs
  • Strategic investors
  • Build ROI models for working capital cycles.
  • Support capital allocation strategy across consortium entities.
  • Assist in evaluating equity dilution vs structured debt.
  • Monitor debt covenants and compliance.
  • Assist CFO in negotiations with institutional capital providers.
  • Identify innovative financing models for infra execution.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA (Finance) from reputed institution or CA with IB exposure.
  • 3–6 years experience in:
  • Investment banking
  • Debt syndication
  • Corporate finance
  • Infrastructure finance
  • Strong financial modelling and structuring capability.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure negotiations.
  • Commercial acumen beyond compliance.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
