Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the hospital’s financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate should ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective cost control in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Ensure proper accounting of patient billing and insurance receivables

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor departmental budgets and cost control measures
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Handle tax filings and coordinate with tax consultants
• Stay updated on healthcare-related financial regulations

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Implement and monitor financial controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hospital policies

Revenue & Receivables Monitoring

• Supervise billing, insurance, and TPA receivables
• Monitor outstanding payments and cash flow
• Improve revenue cycle efficiency

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS reports for management review
• Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making
• Support management in financial planning and expansion projects

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 2–8 years of post-qualification experience (hospital/healthcare preferred)
• Strong knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
