Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong accounting expertise and hands-on experience in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements
• Manage VAT filings and tax-related documentation
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Conduct financial analysis and provide management insights
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
• Utilize Zoho Books for accounting, reporting, and system management

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent accounting certification
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant / Accountant
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
