Chartered Accountant (Fresher )

We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our finance team at the Gondia location. The ideal candidate will support accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting activities while working closely with senior finance professionals. ✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L accounts
• Support statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS, and other indirect taxes
• Help in audits, internal controls, and documentation as required
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support cost analysis and help optimize expenses
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide accounting support
• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to accounting standards
• Learn and contribute to process improvements within the finance department

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ethical approach with confidentiality and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
