Chat Based Sales Executive - Night Shift Only

HSK Digitronix is looking for motivated and confident Chat-Based Sales Executives to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to engage with potential customers through live chat, answer their queries, and convert conversations into successful sales.

Minimum 1 of Experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming chats from prospective clients in a professional and timely manner
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services or solutions
• Convert inquiries into leads and close sales through effective communication
• Maintain CRM records and update client interactions accurately
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales customer service

Requirements:

• Strong written English and communication skills
• Prior experience in chat-based sales or customer service is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats at once
• Sales-driven mindset with a friendly and persuasive tone
• Comfortable using basic CRM tools and chat platforms
• Must be punctual, reliable, and target-oriented

Shifts Available:

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

(Candidates may be assigned one shift based on availability and company needs)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
