Chat Support Agent (Fresher) — Karachi

What You’ll Do:

• Chat with customers via live chat / Messenger to answer their questions
• Help customers choose products or services
• Convert conversations into sales / leads (commission on successful sales)
• Note down customer issues and escalate when needed
• Learn about our products and promotions to help customers better

What We Need From You:

• Freshers welcome — no experience required
• Good written communication in English (and Urdu, if possible)
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Reliable internet if working remotely, or willing to come to our Karachi office
• Flexible for shifts
