Chat Support Executive - International

Location: Saddar Karachi.

What We’re Looking For (Eligibility)

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Chat/Non-Voice BPO role (Email or Ticket Support preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of the e-commerce industry.
  • Flexibility: Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) including weekends and public holidays.
  • Logistics: Candidates must be able to manage their own conveyance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with high-level problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding e-commerce orders, shipping, and returns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
