We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer support through professional and timely written communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum a year of customer service experience (chat support experience preferred).
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• Rotational 9-hour shifts
• 5 working days per week
