We are looking for client focused Chat Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle technical queries, troubleshoot basic issues, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth customer experience and client retention.

Requirements:

  • Provide real-time chat support to customers.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions accurately and efficiently.
  • Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Communicate updates or issues to team leads as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.

Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support/chat support role.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required).

Location: PIA Road near wapda town ,Lahore
Timings: 11:00am-8:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
