Job Title: Support Center Agent — Healthcare Software

Location: [Lahore]

Department: Customer Support / Operations

Reports To: Support Manager / Operations Lead

We are seeking a Support Center Agent to join our healthcare technology operations team. The role involves responding to customer support calls, providing technical assistance to users of our healthcare software (telemedicine, EMR, or patient management systems), and handling back-office administrative tasks such as adding records, ticket tracking, and report generation.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of healthcare workflows, and comfort working with web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Technical Support

  • Answer inbound support calls and respond to user queries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Log support requests in the company’s ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic software issues (login errors, data entry issues, connectivity).
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to doctors, clinic staff, and patients.

2. Back-Office Operations

  • Perform administrative tasks such as user onboarding, account verification, and data cleanup.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly reports on support tickets, system uptime, and user feedback.
  • Update and maintain client data in CRM or support databases.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Management, or related field).
  • Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer support, Call Center, or healthcare IT environment. Familiarity with EMR, telemedicine, or hospital management systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus).
  • Patient, empathetic, and detail oriented.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Shifts may cover US, GCC, or Pakistan time zones, depending on client coverage.
  • Weekend or on-call rotation may apply.
