Chat Support Specialist (Females Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through chat, ensuring a seamless user experience, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner

Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Manage and present service portfolios effectively to clients

Identify opportunities for upselling and contribute to revenue growth

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Ensure high-quality communication aligned with company standards

Requirements:

Excellent written English communication skills

Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or a related field

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer handling techniques is a plus

Sales-oriented mindset with focus on retention and growth
