Job Description (JD):

The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining hygiene standards at the residence in Hyderabad. The role requires expertise in multi-cuisine cooking, meal planning, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of house residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily meals as per the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Plan menus, including special occasions, events, and gatherings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
  • Manage grocery inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely purchase of fresh ingredients.
  • Ensure food safety and proper storage of all ingredients.
  • Handle special dietary requests and maintain consistent food quality.
  • Coordinate with the House Operations Manager for kitchen budget and supplies.

Job Specification (JS):

  • Education: Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a private household, hotel, or restaurant.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in Pakistani, Continental, and Chinese cuisines.
  • Strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Trustworthy, disciplined, and discreet.
  • Location: Hyderabad.
  • Reporting To: House Operations Manager.
