Job Description:
Elite Club House is looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. The ideal candidate must have strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare a diverse menu that caters to the tastes and preferences of club members.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are followed in the kitchen at all times.
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training where needed.
• Manage inventory, monitor food costs, and order supplies as required.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Create new dishes and seasonal specials to enhance the club’s menu.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or club environment.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with international and regional cuisines is a plus.
