Overview
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Be able to operate the required steps on the POS point of sales system in order to process food and beverage orders.
  • Be able to deliver service by understanding the guest requirements.
  • Carry out all tasks in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Explain to guests how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials and make recommendations.
  • Serve food or beverages to guests and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality operation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, added languages such as French will be highly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and upselling skills
  • Cooperative and self-giving team player
  • Ability to work in highly fast-paced operation.
