Responsibilities encompass, creating a menu at the owner preference, selecting and sourcing ingredients, managing the kitchen, and maintaining culinary standards.

Responsibilities

Create Asian Fusion dishes using traditional recipes and techniques.

Plan and develop menus, considering the owner and his family preference.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked to a high standard, following food safety and hygiene regulations.

Manage and train kitchen staff, including delegating tasks and ensuring they work efficiently and effectively.

Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and required equipment.

Stay up to date with current culinary trends and techniques and incorporate them into menu development as appropriate.

Travel from time with the owner and his family to various properties around the world.
