Chemical Sourcing Specialist

A Chemical Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing chemicals and raw materials required for manufacturing processes. The role requires knowledge of the chemical industry, supply chain management, and cost-effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products for production purposes.

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of chemicals and raw materials based on quality, reliability, price, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements with suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Ensure chemicals meet environmental, safety, and quality standards before procurement.
• Leverage market intelligence to negotiate better deals, volume discounts, and more favorable terms.
