Job Summary:
To be responsible for preparing the consolidated financial statements of URC. Also responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate Monthly Reporting of the Consolidated financial statements. And responsible for preparing tax declarations in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate DMTT tax calculations, and overseeing tax compliance for all subsidiaries.
Core Responsibilities:

Reviews all financial statements and manages accounts on a monthly basis after receiving from Subsidiaries / Associates.

Follow–up on all financial records of the subsidiaries, ensuring that they are accurately updated.

Reviews with external Tax auditors for final approval

Prepares URC consolidation and a Monthly Closing to ensure completeness of organized processes for URC and subsidiaries.

In charge of the Tax declaration for the URC – Kuwait and local subsidiaries

Gather information from subsidiaries for DMTT tax, ensuring accurate calculations and a thorough understanding of applicable regulations.

Comprehend intercompany transactions by applying the transfer pricing policies and procedures.

Ensures that all subsidiaries submit their tax declarations accurately, minimizing payments based on actual data, and meet all deadlines.

Prepares the consolidated financial statements of URC in compliance with IFRS.

Analyzes the monthly reporting of the consolidated financial statements.

Assists in the development and enhancement of team procedure manuals and processes.

Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeping abreast of significant reporting, and regulatory guidelines.

Actively participates in assigned Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) and ensures timely dissemination of information to CFT.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with equivalent years of experience

Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)

Experience of 6-8 years
-
Significant experience in the real estate industry, and relevant experience in the Consolidations.

Relevant experience in tax

Understands the master file tax requirements.

Understands the country-by-country reporting requirements
