Job Title: Chief Accountant - Healthcare /Hospitality
Location: Republic of Nauru
Must be willing to relocate to Nauru country

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting for our healthcare and hospitality operations. The role involves overseeing daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate audits and work with external auditors
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial analysis
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA qualification preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality accounting is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
