Job Summary

As a Chief Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust architectural solutions that align with our business goals. You will leverage your extensive experience in Java Spring Framework and other technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure that our systems are scalable secure and maintainable contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality architectural solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Oversee the implementation of design patterns to ensure code reusability and maintainability across projects.
• Provide guidance on the use of JUnit5 for effective unit testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate YAML configurations for streamlined application management.
• Drive the adoption of Spring Boot for building microservices architectures that enhance system scalability.
• Utilize Java expertise to optimize application performance and reliability.
• Manage version control processes using GIT to ensure code integrity and collaboration.
• Implement XML and JSON data formats for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Ensure the Spring Framework is effectively utilized to build robust enterprise applications.
• Oversee Linux-based environments to ensure system stability and security.
• Collaborate with domain experts in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management to tailor solutions to industry needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
• Ensure that all architectural solutions align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to societal advancements.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in JUnit5 Design Patterns YAML Spring Boot Java JSON GIT XML Spring Framework and Linux.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Showcase strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.
