Qualification
16 years of education, preferably MBA/MS (Marketing/ Engineering/Commerce) or equivalent from HEC recognized institutions.
In case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, the candidate should hold an equivalent certificate from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC).
Experience
- Should have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience
- Should have served as Head of Marketing/Sales or directly reporting to Head of Marketing/Sales for a minimum of 5 years. Having served on the position within the ICT industry would be a plus
- Proven experience of running successful marketing / B2B sales campaigns
- Proven experience in marketing, brand leadership, customer acquisition and retention at scale
- Proven experience in managing regional teams
- Proven experience in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication, strategic, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy and budgets aligned with the organizational strategic master plan
- Lead B2B customer acquisition as well as brand awareness efforts across conventional and digital channels
- Design and monitor quarterly marketing and sales KPIs, including customer acquisition targets, market penetration rates, and retention benchmarks
- Develop, lead and inspire a multifunctional marketing team including digital content, brand awareness, CRM, product marketing, and analytics specialists.
- Build team capacity and establish a high-performance culture with clear accountability, innovation, and learning.
- Oversee content strategy, social media engagement, and community-building efforts across platforms and geographies.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
