Job Purpose
Providing the primary role in managing the RTA’s enterprise risk operations, which are consistent with the related strategic goals and objectives/directions from senior management that are in line with local/federal policies, and developing programs to plan, monitor and develop the RTA’s corporate risk policies and strategies
KEY RESULTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in preparing risk reports for the Roads and Transport Authority

Design and update ERM awareness materials on the Roads and Transport Authority’s internal network

Follow up implementing on planned action items derived from various enterprise risk management activities

Providing enterprise risk management training to the agencies and sectors
-
Support the planning and scheduling of enterprise risk audits
-
Implement the directives of the Corporate Risk Manager and Administration Manager and provide full assistance to carry out tasks and duties

Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Post creating awareness of the culture of corporate risk management in the Roads and Transport Authority through implement various activities such as training, workshops, seminars, external participations, etc

Conduct assessments, reviews, audits/inspection related to authority risks and identify areas for improvement

Effective communication/coordination with all concerned parties to ensure the provision of the necessary support to enhance enterprise risk management at the Roads and Transport Authority

Develop technical expertise in all matters related to corporate risks at the RTA

Conduct research on external risks to the Roads and Transport Authority and improve enterprise risk management frameworks

Preparing periodic reports on enterprise risks

Manage & develop enterprise risk management software and providing assistance to other users of risk management software

Post enterprise risk policy and frameworks are communicated, understood and implemented effectively across all organizations

Develop, implement and maintain the RTA’s enterprise risk management framework
-
Providing guidance and assistance to implement enterprise risk management initiatives and programs in sectors and agencies
-
Ensure that the Authority risk management policy of the Roads and Transport Authority is implemented and understood effectively by all partners

Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Chemical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

8 + years of practical experience in areas related to risk management
