Job Position: Authority Engineer – Piling Works

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Planning Engineer with a minimum of Eight (8) years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all submissions and approvals with Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.) specifically related to piling and foundation works.

· Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, method statements, and NOCs for authority approval.

· Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure full compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.

· Monitor inspection schedules and attend site visits with authorities and third-party inspectors.

· Ensure that all piling activities adhere to UAE codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

· Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

· Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports.

· Coordinate with the project team to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

· Identify potential delays, risks, and variances, and recommend corrective actions.

· Assist in preparing baseline programs, recovery schedules, and extension of time (EoT) submissions.

· Support project planning documentation and reporting requirements as needed.

· Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

· Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality / Trakhees / RTA procedures.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.
• UAE EXPERIENCE IS MUST.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in piling and foundation projects, with at least 3 years in UAE, dealing directly with authority submissions and approvals.
