A leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive growth, transformation, and IPO readiness. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced executive with a strong track record in logistics, large-scale operations, corporate governance, and public market preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute growth strategies aligned with IPO readiness and long-term value creation.
• Oversee large-scale logistics operations
• Expand into new business verticals
• Strengthen organizational capabilities by building and empowering a high-performing leadership team.
• Lead IPO preparation, ensuring compliance, transparency, and stakeholder communication.
• Foster strong relationships with regulators, government entities, clients, and strategic partners.
• Drive a cultural shift toward empowerment, accountability, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of executive leadership in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proven success in managing large organizations.
• Experience with IPO processes or publicly listed companies highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and exposure to major entities
• Fluent in Arabic and English
