Chief Executive Officer

This is not a title for optics. It is a build mandate .

We are looking for a Country CEO to lead and scale a technology led enterprise business in Saudi Arabia. The foundations are in place. Early traction exists. The expectation now is disciplined, aggressive growth.

You will report to the Group CEO with regular visibility to the Board. The focus is Saudi for the next phase, with clear potential to expand into a broader regional leadership role once the market is firmly established.

This is a commercial and go to market leadership seat. Your success will be measured by how effectively you scale revenue, strengthen sector penetration and convert pipeline into long term enterprise relationships.

What you inherit

An existing team across sales, operations, account management and support.

Active pipeline conversations across fleet driven industries and early insurer engagement.

Authority to shape hiring, sector focus and partnerships within agreed strategy and budget.

Where you focus

Fleet heavy sectors including logistics, energy and government linked entities will drive near term growth. Insurance and data partnerships remain strategic.

Your job is to turn opportunity into predictable revenue while building credibility with anchor accounts.

Who you are

You have built and scaled revenue in Saudi before. Not maintained it. Built it.

You understand enterprise SaaS or technology enabled solutions and how to sell them into complex organizations.

You are commercially sharp, comfortable with ARR models, EBITDA discipline and board level scrutiny.

You have led scale up teams, hired commercially, and created momentum in markets that do not wait.

You are credible in front of investors and can defend strategy with facts.

What matters most is a proven Saudi market track record and real relationships that convert.
