Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take the helm of Care Plus Auto Repairing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the automotive services industry and possess strong skills in business growth, operational efficiency, financial management, and team leadership. As CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, ensuring its profitability, managing operations, and guiding the organization to achieve its long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with company goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient processes, and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Financial Management: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence by leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of professionals.
• Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
• Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and investors, while promoting the company's brand and reputation in the industry.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices, while effectively managing risks to protect the company’s assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions, preferably within the automotive repair or related industry.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer service.
• A solid grasp of business and financial performance metrics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A track record of successful business development and growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• High level of integrity, vision, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
