Chief Finance Officer

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to oversee the company’s financial operations, planning, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and pharmaceutical industry regulations
• Manage financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Lead treasury, taxation, costing, and financial risk management functions
• Support pricing strategies, product costing, and profitability analysis
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the Board and senior management
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and investors

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com / ACCA /MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 6-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, import documentation, taxation, and financial reporting standards
• Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
