Job Overview

ZH Cuisine Pvt Ltd (SALT) is seeking energetic and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) staff to deliver an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, order handling, and maintaining a welcoming restaurant environment. Experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages as per company standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas
• Coordinate with kitchen (BOH) for smooth service flow
• Follow SOPs and service standards set by the company
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and overall restaurant presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in restaurant, fast food, or F&B industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and service standards
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant environments
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to handle rush hours and multitask

Working Conditions
