About the Role
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for driving the financial strategy, growth, and stability of the Real Estate Developments. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, ensure the company’s compliance with local regulations, and provide strategic insight to support investment and development decisions. This role requires a leader with deep real estate development experience, capable of managing large-scale financing, strengthening investor relations, and guiding the company toward sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and real estate development objectives.
· Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
· Manage project financing, investment evaluations, and feasibility studies.
· Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, RERA requirements, and tax laws.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders.
· Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to achieve business goals.
· Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance across all development projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of real estate development financing.
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to build investor confidence.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the Real Estate Development sector (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
· Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA highly desirable.
· Proven track record in project financing, feasibility studies, and investment strategies.
· Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, RERA regulations, VAT, and compliance.
