Our client is a leading, fully integrated denim fabric manufacturer in Pakistan, with operations covering warping, weaving, dyeing, and finishing. The company supplies high-quality denim fabrics to prominent local and international apparel brands and holds a strong reputation in the global denim industry.

Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for strategic and operational financial management. The role involves overseeing the complete finance function, ensuring strong governance and controls, and supporting senior management in business growth and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, audit, tax, and compliance
• Manage cash flows, treasury, and banking relationships
• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and working capital efficiency
• Support investment decisions and capital planning
• Lead and develop the finance team

Candidate Requirements

• ACA – Mandatory
• Graduate in Finance / Accounting (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including senior finance leadership
• Experience in manufacturing, textile, export, or trading environments
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent preferred)
