About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Group CFO to lead and manage the financial operations of our diversified business group, including Signage & Outdoor Media Advertising.

This is a leadership role for a finance professional who can drive financial strategy, compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Lead financial planning and overall strategy across group companies
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership on business expansion and investments
• Provide actionable financial insights to drive profitability

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS UAE regulations
• Manage GL, P&L, cash flow, and financial accuracy

Financial Operations Management

• Supervise AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and ledger functions
• Implement SOPs and ensure smooth financial operations

Taxation, Audit & Compliance

• Handle tax planning, filings, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and manage internal/external audits

Treasury & Cash Flow

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Oversee financing, loans, and working capital

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct variance analysis and implement cost control strategies

Risk Management & Internal Controls

• Develop strong internal control systems
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor finance teams across the group
• Build a high-performance and compliance-driven culture

Systems & Process Improvement

• Oversee ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, QuickBooks)
• Drive automation and process improvements

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA (Qualified or Part Qualified preferred)

Experience

• 7–10 years in Accounting & Finance
• 5 years in leadership role (CFO / Head of Finance)
• Mandatory: Experience in Signage / Outdoor Media Advertising industry

Technical Skills

• Strong command of IFRS & financial reporting
• Expertise in (UAE exposure is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 per month
