Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Real Estate & Housing Society

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our real estate and housing society projects. The ideal candidate will bring 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting within the real estate or housing sector, with a strong understanding of financial planning, project financing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for the company
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control across all projects
• Develop and implement financial policies and systems for the housing society
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management processes
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee project-based financial models and ROI analysis for new developments
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls
• Present financial reports to the CEO and board with actionable insights
• Lead and develop finance/accounting teams for optimum performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 6–10 years of financial leadership experience in real estate or housing society
• Strong command of financial modeling, project finance, and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of taxation, SECP, and other financial regulations (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
