**About the Role:**
At REA India (Housing.com):- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to Join our Leadership Team, to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a powerful brand for our high-growth B2B platform.
The ideal candidate will bring together strategic marketing expertise, a data-driven growth mindset, and sharp business acumen to drive scale, accelerate customer acquisition, enhance customer experience, build a compelling brand narrative, and maximize retention
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Growth & Revenue Strategy**
+ Define and execute the company’s overall growth strategy across multiple channels, customer segments, and geographies
+ Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to build and optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell frameworks
+ Drive data-led decision making, leveraging analytics and growth experimentation to accelerate business outcomes
+ Identify and develop new revenue streams, partnerships, and strategic opportunities
**Marketing & Brand Leadership**
+ Lead the brand vision and positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
+ Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns(digital, performance, content, events, and PR) to build awareness, demand, and thought leadership
+ Strengthen the company’s digital presence and customer engagement through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and community-building
+ Oversee corporate communications and ensure alignment of messaging with business strategy
**Team & Leadership**
+ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Growth & Marketing organization
+ Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and performance accountability
+ Partner with the executive leadership team to influence company strategy and support fundraising/investor relations with strong market narratives
**Key Skills & Competencies**
+ Proven track record in driving high-scale growth in B2B or platform-driven businesses
+ Strong understanding of growth funnels, demand generation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing
+ 20+ years of relevant experience, with at least 8+ years in a senior leadership role
+ Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies is highly desirable.
+ Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, product-led growth, and marketing automation tools
+ Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to combine strategic thinking with executional excellence
