Chief Human Resources Officer

Job Purpose:


Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s strategic transformation agenda. This leader will be expected to adopt a straightforward, decisive approach to drive cultural change, streamline HR operations, and align talent strategies with business objectives. The CHRO will serve as a catalyst for organizational renewal—championing clarity, accountability, and speed in delivering results across the enterprise.


Accountabilities of the Role:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employees relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Overseeing and managing performance appraisal system that drives high performance.


The Candidate:

The required candidate, other than having experience with an appropriate level of seniority, s/he should also have an extensive experience within the HR function within the F&B, Food FMCG and/or food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be someone with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. S/he is expected to be a strategic thinker to develop and execute the required HR strategies aligned with business objectives and development plans


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Advanced Degree in Human Resources, business administration or relevant field.
  • Professional HR Certification (ex, SHRM-CP or SPHR) is preferred
  • Proven leadership Skills and ability to drive HR Strategies through a large organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Extensive experience in human resources roles with a broad depth of experience in all its functions, metrics and systems and database.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
