Chief Human Resources Officer

A growing, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) . This role ensures HR systems, talent, and organizational infrastructure effectively support a growing and diverse care network. The CHRO will evaluate HR capabilities, technology, and processes to optimize workforce efficiency, engagement, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business and clinical goals
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR technology
  • Drive workforce analytics and scalable organizational design to support growth
  • Champion a high-performance, mission-driven culture
  • Support expansion, integration, and change management initiatives


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including executive-level roles
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise HR strategy and culture transformation
  • SHRM or SPHR certification preferred
