The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the company’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance with UAE labor laws, and day-to-day HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes while supporting business growth and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and procedures.
  • Process visas, labor cards, Emirates ID, and related government documentation.
  • Coordinate with PROs and government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, etc.).
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and employment conditions.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance handling as per company policy.
  • Maintain HR reports, employee databases, and trackers.
  • Support Emiratization requirements and related documentation where applicable.
  • Assist management with HR planning and manpower requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
