Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and ensuring compliance with company standards and UAE labour laws.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Skills Needed:

* Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance

* Knowledge of UAE Labour Law

* Recruitment & onboarding experience

* Strong communication & leadership skills

* MS Office proficiency

* Confidential data handling
